This is the current version of our Terms, effective August 10, 2026. rigana is offered as an early-access service, and these terms may be updated. They do not replace any separate signed agreement between rigana and your organization.
These terms set out the general basis on which rigana is provided. Specific commercial terms, such as pricing, service levels, and support commitments, may be set out in a separate order or signed agreement between rigana and your organization.
1. The service
rigana is provided by Rigana Technologies (Mumbai, Maharashtra, India). It offers enterprise intelligence and finance analytics on the data you provide. Access is by invitation, and your organization's administrator manages users within your organization.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Roles govern what each user can see and do. Do not share accounts, and do not attempt to access another organization's data.
3. Your data and ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your financial or operational data.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use rigana for any unlawful purpose, do not attempt to breach security or the isolation between organizations, do not reverse engineer the service, and do not upload data you do not have the right to use.
5. Accuracy and the nature of the service
rigana is offered as an early-access service and computes figures from the data you provide, citing their sources. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties.
6. AI features
Natural-language answers are produced with the help of a third-party model, while the underlying figures are computed from your data. Outputs may contain errors. Always verify before acting on them.
7. Fees
Any fees and plan terms are set out in your order or signed agreement with us.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as needed to perform under these terms.
9. Term and termination
Either party may end use of the service as described in your agreement with us. On termination, we will provide a reasonable window to export your data before deleting it, subject to legal requirements.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and liability is limited as set out in your signed agreement.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction, except where a signed agreement between us provides otherwise. We may update these terms and will post changes on this page.
