Rigana AI

Terms of Service

⚠ Not legal advice. These are structural starting-point templates so the launch isn't blocked on a blank page. Have qualified counsel review and finalize before publishing — especially anything about jurisdiction, data-processing commitments, liability, and India's DPDP Act / any GDPR exposure. Bracketed […] items are decisions the owner/counsel must fill.

Effective date: [date] · Between [legal entity] and the customer/organization using Rigana.

1. The service. Rigana provides finance analytics on data you provide. Access is by invitation; your admin manages users in your organization.

2. Accounts & access. You're responsible for your credentials and for your users' use. Roles (admin / division / viewer) govern permissions. Don't share accounts or attempt to access other tenants' data.

3. Your data & ownership. You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We don't claim ownership of your financial data.

4. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no reverse engineering, no attempts to breach security or other tenants' isolation, no uploading data you lack the right to use.

5. Accuracy & "as is" nature. Rigana computes figures from the data you provide and cites sources; you are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions. The service is provided "as is" without warranties [to the extent permitted]. [This is a research preview — state that clearly if applicable.]

6. AI features. Natural-language answers are generated with the help of a third-party model; the underlying figures are computed from your data. Outputs may contain errors — verify before acting.

7. Fees. [Pricing/plan terms, or "free during preview".]

8. Confidentiality. Each party protects the other's confidential information.

9. Term & termination. [How either party ends; what happens to data on termination — export window, then deletion.]
